Advertising Specs:  Advertiser authorizes TDI to furnish advertising space as outlined below in 
The GA-SK. Advertiser, or its agents, will furnish TDI with camera-ready copy of the advertisement to 
be inserted/printed.  Design, typesetting and layout charges for non-camera-ready copy will be charged
to the advertiser for an additional fee.  Rates are subject to change without notice.

Cost:   TDI agrees to publish the advertisement, as set forth in the above paragraph, for $___________ 
per issue of The GA-SK, hereinafter referred to as the Sum. Billing for design/typesetting/layout and 
other adjustments will be done after publication of the directory. TDI reserves the right to change ad 
rates any time without prior notification to Advertiser, and in the event of a signed Agreement, TDI 
will honor the ad rates agreed to and signed by Advertiser for the duration of this Agreement.

Revisions:  Advertiser agrees to submit to TDI a written notification and any artwork in a timely 
manner for the duration of this Agreement, and TDI reserves the right to reject any revised artwork 
if it is not submitted in a timely manner for the next publication. 

Payment:  The said Sum is due and payable by check, money order or credit card, made payable to 
TDI, upon submission of this Agreement to: TDI, 8630 Fenton Street, Suite 604, Silver Spring, Maryland 
20910. Exception to this rule is made only by submitting for approval the deferred billing option outlined 
below. TDI will, upon receipt of the correct remittance, or approval of deferred billing, sign this 
Agreement and return a copy to the Advertiser. In the event full payment of the said Sum is not received 
by the deadline for inclusion for publication, the advertisement will be published only if the request 
for deferred payment is approved.

Deferred Payment:  An Advertiser requesting deferred payment of the cost of the advertisement, 
which may be granted ONLY BY special policy or the requirements of State law, shall do so by signing 
the “deferred payment requested” line below and returning this Agreement to TDI. If it grants such 
request, TDI will so acknowledge by returning a signed copy of this Agreement to the Advertiser. 
Deferred payment is due in full within thirty (30) days after receipt of the advertisement publication 
by the Advertiser. TDI reserves the right to charge interest at a rate of 1.5% per month on deferred 
accounts over 30 days outstanding.

Liability of TDI:  TDI assumes no liability for errors in the Advertisement caused by the Advertiser 
or its Agents. TDI does not endorse any product or service advertised. Advertisers assume full liability 
for the contents of advertisements printed and any claims arising from them and will indemnify and 
hold harmless TDI for any liability arising therefrom. TDI reserves the right to edit and position ad copy 
according to the space requirements for the size of the ad purchased. TDI also reserves the right to reject 
any advertising. In the event the Advertisement is not published, or an error occurs in the Advertisement 
though no fault of the Advertiser or its Agents, the liability of TDI shall be limited to a refund of the Sum 
to the extent paid. 

The Advertiser has read and understands the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
