TDI’s
Annual National TTY Directory
and Resource Guide
All copy must be B/W (except for advertiser-supplied inserts).
All copy
must be on camera-ready boards or in an electronic file (in .pdf format or
.tif format
saved for PCs) and conformable to the size specifications listed in the
chart below.
Design, typesetting and layout cost for non-camera-ready B/W copy will be
charged to the
advertiser for an additional fee.
TDI
reserves the right to edit and position ad copy according to the space
requirements for
the size of the ad purchased by the advertiser.
Deadlines:
Advertising space reservations are due by November 6, 2006.
Camera-ready artwork is due at the TDI office by November 13, 2006.
Yellow Pages Advertising
Yellow Pages advertising is an ideal vehicle for businesses to reach the
greatest number of deaf
and hard-of-hearing individuals and their families as well as
TTY-accessible companies, schools,
libraries, agencies and government offices throughout the U.S. and Canada.
White Pages Advertising
If you are a business interested in promoting and/or showcasing your
products or services in
your immediate region, then THIS IS FOR YOU! Your advertisement can
be placed in the
business listing section of the White Pages under the state(s) of your
choice.

Advertising
Specs

TDI’s Quarterly News-Magazine
News-magazine's size is ~ 8"
x 10" (down from 8.5 x 11).
Maximum ad image area is 7 1/2"
width by 10" height.
Borders are acceptable. No bleeds
allowed.
All artwork (line screen 85 to 100, on
camera-ready boards or in negatives: right reading,
emulsion side down) are to be provided by the advertisers.
All artwork to be resized must be
proportional to its final dimensions.
Otherwise, some cropping might occur at TDI's discretion.
Color advertisements are placed on
inside-front, inside-back and back covers and centerfold
only (color proofs must be provided by advertisers).
TDI reserves the right to edit wherever its sees fits.

GA-SK Advertising Agreement with Sizes & Rates

Advertising Information
Payment
Information: Payment in full is
due within 30 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise
stated. Payments received after that date are subject to a 1.5%
service charge compounded monthly.
The following credit cards are also accepted: VISA, MasterCard and
American Express. Rates are
subject to change without notice.
Discount Policy: For multiple insertions, the discounted
rates are listed in the Rate Chart for
the GA-SK news-magazine.
Advertising
Commissions: Not accepted by
TDI.
Liability: TDI assumes no
liability for errors in the Advertisement caused by the Advertiser or
its agents. TDI does not endorse any product or service
advertised. Advertisers assume full
liability for the contents of advertisements printed and any claims
arising from them.
Editing: TDI reserves the right to edit and position ad
copy according to the space requirements
for the size of the advertisement purchased. TDI also reserves the
right to reject any advertising.
